Business groups have long claimed that EFCA, also known as "card check," would lead to more worker intimidation by unions. Labor unions have said that is a non-issue, and counter that employer intimidation is the real problem.
This example of worker "intimidation" is union vs. union. I guess SEIU may be agreeing with business groups on this one.
One of the advantages of the Employee Fraudulent Choice Act, is that if you are lonely and have no friends, just wait until a union wants to organize where you work. Then just refuse to sign the card, you will have an endless stream of "visitors" all day and night long, who will try to persuade you until you finally give in.
Of course, as soon as you sign, you won't see them again unless you fail to pay your union dues.
